Terms of Service

The terms you accept by using this website or our apps, Lumen and Agent Hub.

This website and our apps are operated by Mariia Kirpichnikova, trading as Rubicon Creators. By browsing the site or using an app, you accept these terms.

Each product has its own part below, and the last part applies to all of them. The apps are also subject to the App Store's rules and Apple's standard licence terms. A consultancy engagement is governed by the contract signed for it, and where that contract conflicts with these terms, it wins.

The website

Nothing on the website is an offer

The pages here — services, engagement models, indicative prices and timelines — exist to help you decide whether to start a conversation. They are information, not a binding offer, and nothing on the website creates a contract. A binding agreement exists only when both parties sign one, and indicative figures are not a quotation for your project.

Accuracy

We keep the site accurate, but it describes a working business and information ages. If you are relying on something specific you read here, confirm it in writing before you act on it.

External links

Where the site links elsewhere — app stores, third-party profiles — those destinations are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

03 · Apps

Our apps

Both apps are for adults aged 18 and over, are distributed through Apple's App Store, and are subject to Apple's standard licence terms as well as these.

03.1 · Lumen

Lumen

What it is, and what it is not

Lumen is a tool for self-reflection. It is not diagnosis, therapy, medical advice, or a replacement for professional care, and the insights it generates are hypotheses, not conclusions about you.

Do not use it in place of professional help, and do not make medical, legal or financial decisions on the strength of what it tells you. It is designed to help you think, not to decide for you.

Lumen is not a crisis service. If you are in crisis or in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services, a professional, or someone you trust. Support resources are listed in the app, but their availability can change and the app cannot respond to an emergency.

Your content and your maps

What you write in Lumen is yours. You give us the permission we need to process it — including sending it to the AI providers named in the Privacy Policy — solely to generate, store and show you your maps and insights. The maps are for your personal use; the app itself, its design, prompts and templates, belongs to the operator.

AI-generated content

Your maps, insights and images are generated by AI models. They can be wrong, incomplete, or simply not fit you, and are offered as hypotheses to reflect on — never as fact, assessment or advice. Your own judgement, and where it matters a qualified professional's, governs.

Subscriptions and payment

Some of Lumen is free; some features need a subscription. Subscriptions are sold through the App Store, Apple takes the payment, and the price is shown in the app before you buy.

A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends; you manage and cancel it in your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy, and nothing here limits any refund right you have under consumer law.

03.2 · Agent Hub

Agent Hub

What it is

Agent Hub lets you pair, monitor and message AI agents that run on machines you control. The app is a remote control: commands are carried out by your agents, on your hardware, under the permissions you grant. We do not run your agents and do not control what the AI models they use decide to do.

Agent Hub is currently free. If paid features are introduced, they will be sold through the App Store, and this part will describe them before they launch.

Your machines, agents and approvals

Only connect servers and computers you own or are authorised to administer, and keep access to them secure. You are responsible for what your agents do.

Review permissions and approval requests carefully — especially terminal access, file writes and screen control. Auto-review hands routine decisions to an AI reviewer that can be wrong; turning it on does not move responsibility for your agents' actions away from you.

AI output

Replies and actions come from AI models chosen and configured by you. They can be wrong, incomplete or unsafe. Check anything important before you rely on it or let an agent act on it.

Your content

What you send to your agents and what they produce is yours. You give us the permission we need to carry it between the app and your connector, and to store what the Privacy Policy describes, solely to run the service.

The AgentHub Connector

You may install the connector on machines you own or administer in order to use Agent Hub. It updates itself automatically. Third-party software it works with — such as your agent and the model providers you configure — is governed by its own licences and terms.

Ending use

You can stop at any time by disconnecting your machines and deleting your account in Settings → Account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Using our services fairly

On the website or in an app, please do not:

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the systems behind them, or interfere with their availability for other people.
Reverse-engineer, scrape or resell them, or reuse their design, code or copy commercially without permission.
Use Agent Hub to operate machines you are not authorised to administer, or to break the law.
Use Lumen to harm yourself or others, or rely on it in place of professional care.

Intellectual property

The design, text, code and images of the website and the apps belong to the operator, except where stated otherwise. Typefaces and open-source libraries belong to their authors and are used under their licences. Client and product names mentioned on the site belong to their owners and appear for identification only.

Availability and liability

The website and the apps are provided as they stand. We do not promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, put behind a subscription, or withdraw any part of them.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or the apps — including actions your Agent Hub agents take, whether you or Auto-review approved them — and in particular for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights under Spanish and EU consumer law are unaffected.

Apple's role

The apps are distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the apps or their content, but Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries and may enforce these terms against you. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies, and where it gives you more, it prevails.

Privacy

How the website and each app handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which has a part for each of them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of Spain have jurisdiction over disputes about them. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country and the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

Changes and contact
